| Look at me, I'm on xanga! Ahhhh! So yeah, it's been almost six months and that's sort of pathetic. Life's good I guess. I placed 4th runner up in the Miss Freshman pageant last weekend, and my birthday's Sunday... I had to find a poem for a Theatre project this week and chose this one because I thought it was gorgeous. Buried Love by Sara Teasdale I have come to bury love Beneath a tree, In the forest tall and black Where none can see. RENT= Pure bliss.
This afternoon I went to see RENT at the Fox Theatre downtown. It was amazing. Just completely, utterly, fabulously amazing.
By the time the guy playing Mark started singing the "How do you document real life..." lyrics I was so happy that a single tear of joy was running down my cheek. Everything was nearly perfect, except for the girl playing Mimi, who could not sing at all. Icky.
I cried loads and loads during "Without You", "Contact", and Angel's funeral, which were all very sad and very good. I cried during the finale too, which was so beautiful! It was utterly perfect.
It was wonderful, and one of the most memorable days of my life.
I'm going to the beach tomorrow with my darling Sierra dear! Yay!

I absolutely adore that picture. It reminded me of this story I read about a girl who went to a private dance high school, but then one day she found out that she had a back condition and had to quit dancing forever. If that happened to me, it would kill me.
I got back from Elisa's dance recital about an hour ago, and she was positively wonderful. She is a BEAUTIFUL jazz dancer!
Elisa and I are going to the pool in my new neighborhood tomorrow, that should be fun....and I got a new swimsuit! Yay! Pink bikini with polka dots, I love it.
Not much else to say, except that I'm going to RENT on Saturday. SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!
